Agreement
These terms govern your use of the wybe.me website and waitlist. By accessing our website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you become a Wybe customer, your use of the service is governed by a separate service agreement.
Wybe Labs Inc. ("Wybe," "we," "us") is a company registered in the United States with offices in San Francisco, CA and Oslo, Norway.
Website use
You may use our website for informational purposes. You agree not to:
- Use automated tools to scrape or crawl the site beyond what robots.txt permits
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the site's operation
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us
Waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to Wybe's services. We grant access at our discretion based on capacity, fit, and order of registration. Waitlist position is not transferable.
By joining the waitlist, you consent to receiving emails from us about your waitlist status and invite code. You can opt out at any time by emailing [email protected].
Invite codes
Invite codes are issued to specific individuals or organizations. Codes may not be sold, auctioned, or distributed publicly. We reserve the right to revoke codes that are shared outside of their intended recipient.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, images, videos, design, code, and the Wybe brand — is owned by Wybe Labs Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Service terms
If you become a Wybe customer, your use of the Wybe Node, software, and any associated services is governed by a separate service agreement provided during onboarding. That agreement covers:
- Service scope and limitations
- Data processing and privacy (DPA)
- Service level commitments
- Fees, billing, and cancellation
- Liability and indemnification
These website terms do not replace or modify any executed service agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wybe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim related to this website is limited to $100 USD.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. For customers in the European Economic Area, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply where they provide greater protection.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted with an updated date at the top of this page.
