We're building the workforce.

The world is short 85 million workers. That number grows every year. Birth rates are falling. Populations are aging. And no amount of software is going to answer the phone at 3 AM.

We believe this is an industrial revolution. The last one gave us machines that replaced muscle. This one gives us machines that replace presence.

Not tools. Not dashboards. Not chatbots. Colleagues.

We'd been watching this converge for years. Language models getting good enough to hold a real conversation. Humanoid hardware moving from labs to production lines. On-prem compute getting small enough and cheap enough to sit on a shelf.

All the pieces were there. Nobody was assembling them.

Not into a tool. Not into a platform. Into something you'd actually want on your team. Something that picks up the phone, remembers the caller, follows through, and gets better every day. Something that works the way a colleague works, not the way software works.

That's what we're building.

Before Wybe, we built and scaled a micromobility company. Thousands of vehicles across dozens of European cities. We learned what it takes to operate at scale: the logistics, the chaos, the reality that no amount of planning survives contact with the real world.

That experience shaped how we think about Wybe. We didn't start with the technology and look for a problem. We started with how work actually breaks down, the missed calls, the lost follow-ups, the shifts nobody wants to cover, and built something that shows up for it.

We run Wybe on Wybe. Our own calls, scheduling, and follow-ups are handled by the same system we ship to customers. The company is small by design. That's not a limitation. It's the point.
