What this policy covers

This policy covers data we collect when you visit wybe.me and interact with our services. It does not cover data processed by a Wybe Node deployed on your premises — that data stays on your hardware and is governed by your service agreement with us.

Data we collect

When you visit our website

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which collects anonymous, aggregated metrics (page views, referrers, country) without cookies or personal identifiers. No tracking scripts, no fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking.

When you join the waitlist

We collect the information you provide: email address, name, and company name. We use this solely to manage waitlist access and send your invite code when a spot opens.

When you become a customer

We collect business contact information, billing details, and account credentials necessary to provide the service. Details are covered in your service agreement.

How we use your data

• To provide, maintain, and improve our services
• To communicate with you about your account or our services
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Where your data lives

Website data: Processed by Cloudflare (privacy-first analytics, no personal data stored).

Waitlist and account data: Stored in Supabase (hosted in the EU).

Wybe Node data: Stays on your premises, on your hardware, on your network. We do not have access to it unless you explicitly grant it.

Data retention

Waitlist data is retained until you are onboarded or request deletion. Customer data is retained for the duration of your service agreement plus any period required by law. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

Your rights

Under GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing
• Data portability
• Withdraw consent at any time

Cookies

We do not use cookies on wybe.me. No cookie banner needed because there are no cookies.
