From 25,000 Vehicles to Humanoid Robotics: The Wybe Origin Story
Wybe didn't start in a lab. It started on the streets of nine European countries, with 25,000 AI-powered vehicles operating under the Superpedestrian brand -- one of Europe's largest micromobility fleets.
Built on millions of data points
Running that fleet generated millions of data points -- rider behavior, urban traffic patterns, sensor diagnostics, predictive maintenance signals. We built fleet intelligence systems, real-time vehicle diagnostics, and the operational playbook for deploying intelligent machines at scale across complex regulatory environments. That data engine became the foundation for something bigger.
Same team. New mission.
In 2025, we applied everything we'd built to a larger problem: the global labor shortage. Same team. Same company. New mission. Wybe became an AI and humanoid robotics company, building robotic employees for enterprise.
Software first, body second
The product starts with the Wybe Node -- a small, silent on-premise device running our proprietary neocortex™ engine. It handles calls, scheduling, follow-ups, and escalations in 30+ languages, 24/7. When the time is right, the same brain powers a physical humanoid body.
From Stavanger to the Nordics
At the European Robotics Forum 2026 in Stavanger, we showcased our platform alongside two humanoid robots, receiving national coverage from NRK. We're now onboarding enterprise customers across the Nordics through our strategic partnership with Adolfsen Group.
We make robots work.
The name evolved. The mission expanded. The team that built it is the same. We make robots work.
